Heading Home

I will be heading home 5 days early. The Midlands in England flooded, I was flying blind with only the TV news to guide me, and decided not to try to drive down through there on the way to Somerset and Cornwall. My apologies to Dad for not completing the Frome part of the pilgrimage. I must leave it for someone else to do.

I'll be flying back to Boston on July 25. I will post some photos on the blog after I get home.

I was so disappointed, on your behalf and my own, that you couldn't make it through the remainder of your trip, Annie. I figure the closest I'd ever get to Frome would have been through your eyes, and I did look forward to your comments and sensings on the place. I hope you aren't too disappointed at having to cut your trip short 5 days. Safe travel, Annie!
